In the new era,the competition of companies is for talents.If there are talents,companies can be in a favorable situation in the market competition,grasp the first opportunity and win the initiative.The loss of core employees may cause heavy losses to companies.More and more companies have realized the importance of core employees' management.Therefore,it is the problems that companies need to solve on how to maintain the stability of core employees,reduce the turnover rate,and enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of companies.Taking Company A as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of core employees turnover,summarizes the characteristics of core employees and the adverse effects of core employees turnover.Through in-depth interviews with and a satisfaction questionnaire survey for the core employees who have left their jobs,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the turnover of core employees.The results of the investigation show that the problem of core employees turnover in Company A is becoming more and more serious.The reasons leading to the turnover include imperfect employee incentive mechanism,unreasonable promotion mechanism and career planning,lack of leadership and imperfect internal communication mechanism,and unsatisfied personalized needs of core employees.Therefore,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the loss of core employees combined with the actual situation of Company A It mainly includes perfecting the incentive mechanism of core employees,optimizing the promotion mechanism and career development channels,perfecting the company management system,establishing diversified communication methods,paying attention to people-oriented management and company culture construction.The aim is to improve the management level of Company A,the work efficiency of core employees and companies,the satisfaction of core employees,and the healthy and sustainable development of companies.The research in this paper helps the management team of Company A to realize the importance of core employees to the development of the company and effectively guide the development of core employee turnover management through corresponding improvement measures.At the same time,the problem of core employees turnover is representative in CRO industry.The research content of this paper has certain reference and practical value for other biomedical contract outsourcing organizations.
