The Tang Dynasty was one of the most prosperous periods in Chinese feudal society, with developed commercial economy. The wine industry in the Tang Dynasty has greatly developed due to the development of social economy, technological advances in winemaking and the rulers' relaxed political environment. The prosperity of the wine industry has brought generous profits, which made the official and private wine industry sectors to launch a variety of marketing strategies and then different marketing characteristics came into being. Meanwhile the competition between the official wine sector and the private one also has promoted the development of the wine and relevant industries, which helped to alleviate the financial crisis of the late Middle and health. In addition, the diversified ways of promotions flourished the marketing economy and promoted the development of the business culture of the Tang Dynasty. Apart from the introduction addition, a total of four parts:(?)Narrating the background and thriving performances of the wine industry in the Tang Dynasty, mainly from the Tang Dynasty's wine habits that is, for one thing, wine has become a royal palace, the bureaucratic aristocracy, literati, the common people daily necessities by its wide usage and varied drinking class in the Tang Dynasty; and for another from the standpoint of social and economic development in the Tang Dynasty, in other words the increased grain production,the improved winemaking techniques, the varied kinds of wine and the development of commodity economy promoted the prosperity of the wine industry.(?)Mainly through the study of the official wine sector's marketing monopoly, namely from the aspects of the wine tax, the official Gu, drinking levy knock, knock music and so on, knowing that the mutual evolutions between each monopoly ways reflecting a the problem that was the competition of wine interests between central government and local governments, considering wine interests has a close relationship with central government, especially to alleviate the situation of the Mid and late revenue constraints and maintain social stability plays an important role.(?)Mainly through private wine marketing research, indicating diversified ways of promotions and flexible forms of transaction not only promoted the prosperity of wine industry, but also flourished the whole marketing economy, especially the novel and unique advertising promotions that greatly promoted the prosperity of the business culture of the Tang Dynasty.(?)Mainly discusses the functions and influences of the Tang Dynasty's wine marketing strategy. By exploring the impacts of the prosperity in the wine marketing on other industries, as well as the evolutions of wine industry' marketing monopoly illustrated the central and local governments' competition for the wine interests, so as to arrive at a conclusion that wine interests played an important role in the Tang Government, in particularly in the middle and late government finances; and flexible ways of promotions provided a wealth of material for the Tang Dynasty literati and promoted the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty's commercial culture.
