The Bank Of China ZZWH Branch Performance Evaluation System Optimization Research

Under the current economic background, the change of the survival environment of commercial banks forced banks to change the original development model, all the commercial banks are faced with how to improve the performance evaluation system, to build a scientific organizational structure to enhance its comprehensive competitiveness of this major issue. From the situation of the development of Bank of China, the current general branch of the organization structure adjustment to solve the previous problem, endogenous power mechanism to solve the problem.Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the performance evaluation system and theory of the existing commercial banks, and then combined with the author’s practical work experience, the Bank of China ZZWH branch behavior research object. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the two level sub branch management, from the principle of performance evaluation, performance evaluation of the main, performance evaluation index and the process management of the process management, the secondary branch of the performance evaluation system is analyzed, and put forward suggestions for improvement and perfection. Based on the principle of clear core performance evaluation, this paper makes a further innovation and improvement of the current assessment system through the introduction of reputation risk indicators, employee innovation, social responsibility, employee loyalty and other multi-dimensional comprehensive balance assessment index. The theoretical analysis of this paper is combined with the author’s practical experience, which makes the research results more practical.
