A Community Commerce Development Theory Research And Practice

Along with the increasing development of economic domestically and the maturity of the process of urbanization, with extraordinary amount of construction compared with Europe and America, the residential projects take up a large number; meanwhile, the community commerce supporting residence would also be a large amount; nevertheless, success and failure would be a common situation and the cases suites anywhere in China. The author has hosted and been enrolled many projects associated with the community issues, in terms of commerce planning, designing and development studies, etc. Since the timeliness of community commerce is to provide places for comprehensive consumption, the standardization/ utilization/ promotion of community commerce design would be good news for satisfaction of the use of goods and services for residence.Ordinarily, the process of development is divided into three main streams, the business-oriented operation, design process and investigation. Nevertheless, this paper will focus on the first two streams, in order to make sure the reasonability of preliminary design and development of community commerce design. Ultimately, the author aims to accomplish a guiding principle according to the research achievement, so as to standardize the community commerce design and development internally.There are three major components in this paper: situation research, which is to introduce the target research object and content; the research of design and development, which is to arouse an discussion of a better theory of community commerce design and development; special analysis of real practices and summarization, which is to test the theory of design in this paper, etc.Last but not least, there will be a conclusion of the final research, and proposals and suggestions would be given to the current community commerce design and development, in terms of business-oriented, type of business, planning analysis, space joint analysis, commerce image studies, in order to draw attention to the discussion in the further.
