Community commerce started from1950s, which is a kind of regionalcommerce based on community space layout with abundant research andtheories in recent years. The community commerce in Beijing is beingaffected by Urbanization and Suburbanization at the same time, and itsevolution becomes more evident by more categorical space layout, largerpopularity, and more scientific industry system. The improvement incommunity commerce has everything to do with the influence ofNew-type Urbanization since the new political period. This study focusedon the series type of community commerce in Beijing and step intodetails in a large number of community cases to figure out itsshortcomings and dilemmas in the way of development. Besides, thestudy combines the stereotypes of community commerce in America,Japan, Singapore and Shanghai, which win prestigious reputationaccording to their mature modes. Finally, the study concludes5mainsuggestions to Beijing community commerce development during theNew-type Urbanization process, and practices all the theories in to a realcase in Beijing. |
