With the widespread application of Modern Information Technology and the popularization of the Internet,e-commerce has developed rapidly.People's consumption concepts have undergone major changes.Traditional industries are facing challenges and opportunities for the transformation of the Internet.In order to adapt to market trends and seize market,all walks of life are competing to build e-commerce platforms.The e-commerce of fresh products is regarded by major companies as the “blue sea” in the field of e-commerce.The potential huge business opportunities in this market have prompted fresh enterprises to accelerate the pace of e-commerce.In recent years,a large number of e-commerce enterprises have been experimenting with fresh food.According to the data from the China Digital Consumer Survey 2015,the demand of fresh products for e-commerce users is clear and potential.At the meantime,under the market conditions where China's policy support and national consumption habits changes gradually,fresh e-commerce companies need to meet challenges,seize opportunities,and innovate business modes to suit their own development,and develop fresh e-commerce market on the basic of long-term interests.According to the observed International statistics,the scale of China's e-commerce market has reached 91.39 billion in 2016,compared with the corresponding period last year's growth of nearly 68.6%,broke 160 billion in 2017.In the next few years,China's fresh and fresh e-commerce market will still show a rapid growth trend.It is predicted that the transaction volume of China's fresh e-commerce market will grow to RMB 250 billion by 2018.As a result,fresh e-commerce business development momentum is good.Some companies,such as JD.com and Yonghui Supermarket,have been set foot in the fresh e-commerce.However,due to the particularity of fresh goods,the fresh industry still faces many difficulties in the era of e-commerce,except for fresh agricultural products are difficult to standardize,low added value,easy to damage which difficulties brought by its own attributes,Consumer experience,store management,staff quality,market competition,resources and so on various aspects factors are testing the business mode of the S fresh e-commerce enterprises,which will bring huge loss of profits and management difficulties by carelessly.Therefore,fresh enterprises are groping for a suitable business model for their own development.This paper takes the S fresh e-commerce enterprise as an example to use SWOT analyze the changes of its business mode in different development stages under the increasingly competitive environment,which provides reference value for the enterprise to open up the field of fresh and fresh e-commerce.In order to provide the corresponding practical guidance and train of thought for the fresh e-commerce enterprises,to achieve the win-win situation between the enterprises and the consumers,so that fresh e-commerce market is maturing day by day.
