The Empirical Analysis Of The Fragilityof China's Listed Commercial Banks

In order to maintain the liquidity of the financial system,the people's bank of Chi na released message of reducing the reserve ratio to alleviate the pressure of the finan cing side that the current market faced.These message will Strenthen the liquidity of banking system and they will promote the process of interest rate marketization.Also,the commercial banks are encouraged to change the traditional mode of operation.Commercial Banks as an important part of our country's financial system,Its stability is directly related to the stability of the financial industry in our country.Therefore,studying the Vulnerability situation of our country commercial bank is very important when we want to maintain the stability of our economic.This paper takes 16 representative listed commercial Banks as the research object,analyzing these Banks vulnerability conditions throughout the years contrastively.First,this paper summarized the domestic theoretical research,and The theory can be divided into macro Angle and micro Angle.then I analysis the current situsation of commercial banks as a whole and compare the differences of these banks.In the empirical part,this paper choose12 indicators to draw a conclusion By applying the method of entropy.The result of this paper show that commercial banks are facing the Poor asset quality,and the profit growth continues to decline.We also find that Lending and deposit rates,the core capital adequacy ratio and short-term liquidity ratio have a larger influence on vulnerability weights.From the different categories of commercial bank,we find that The vulnerability of city commercial Banks is relatively stable,followed by large state-owned Banks,and joint-stock commercial Banks are most vulnerable.Combined with the research results show that the stability of Nanjing bank is the highest in all city commercial Banks,China industrial bank is the highest in all Joint-stock commercial Banks.also,the industry and commercial bank of China is the best in all Large state-owned Banks.
