Rongshui Miao Autonomous County is a typical mountainous county, and also the only Miao Autonomous County in Guangxi. The Rongshui rural tourism industry is the foundation of social economy, known as "9 hill half water half cropland". Rongshui has distinctive regional civilization, multiplicity national multiplicity and copious rural area scenery, which are rather advantageous to develop rural eco-tourism.. This makes it a key in seeking breakthrough in the social economy. Nowadays Rongshui possesses the unique ethnic customs and fine green eco-environments, which wins a good fame of "the hometown of folk song in Guangxi", "the hometown of village culture in China "," the hometown of Lusheng horse fighting in China "," the hometown of festival in China ".On the financial status of rural tourism development in Miao Autonomous County, we found that it had a well development of rural tourism about Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, and the industrial development has taken up an initial scale, but is unbalanced. Meanwhile, they also accelerated the construction of scenic spots. In the development of spatial pattern, it shows three echelon development:Sirong township and Xiangfen township have the mature rural tourism;and the Yuanbaoshan township tourism development is at the primary stage; Other townships of tourism resources are be developed.In the this research of Rural Tourism Development in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, we adopted the questionnaire survey method. And the research mainly involves three plates:the structural characteristics of rural tourism, the propensity to consume and the consumer behavior. The comprehensive survey results show thatthe main problem Rongshui Miao Autonomous County rural tourism development are as follow:the low level of tourism products, the inadequate infrastructure, the tourism marketing weaknesses, the relatively easy to damage the eco-tourism, and the low quality of tourism services.
