Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism Industry In Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,the strategy of the revitalization of the rural,promoting the development of integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas was put forward.In the "Twenty Words" of the strategy of rural revitalization,"Prosperous industry" is the first,highlighting the core position of industry in the strategy of rural revitalization.Under the background of the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and the rapid development of tourism industry,the integration of agriculture and tourism industry with characteristics is the fundamental measure of agricultural industry prosperity in ethnic areas and an important way to realize rural revitalization.Through the development of agricultural tourism and the cultivation of new forms of agricultural tourism industry integration,Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County can effectively extend of the local agricultural industry chain,which can upgrade the local agricultural,rural development and local farmers' income,and then realizing rural revitalization.This article first combed the concept of integration of agriculture and tourism,reviews Qinglong County agricultural tour industry development background and the development course through industrial convergence theory,experience economic theory,leisure economy theory and rural revitalization strategy theory,as theoretical basis of research.It is analyzed from the integration effects,integration speed and integration characteristic three aspects for the status and summarizes the main mode of development of industry integration of Qinglong County.They are the agricultural tourism type,taking"Pear Blossom Festival in Guanchang Village" as an example,the participating experience type,taking "Cherry Picking Garden in Farm of Zushan Town" as an example,the leisure and holiday type,taking "Manor Fengming" as an example and the comprehensive type,taking "Qinglong agricultural Tourism Complex" as an example.Based on the principles of systematization,scientific and maneuverability,by introducing the coupling coordination degree model,an evaluation index system of agricultural system and tourism system was established and the development level and integration level of the two were evaluated respectively in Qinglong County.It was found that the coupling coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in Qinglong County has been increasing year by year,but only reached barely.In recent years,Qinglong County has made remarkable achievements,obvious advantages in the integrated development of agricultural and tourism industry.But there are also some problems and restricting factors in the development process.Further analysis of the advantages and problems in the process of its development shows that in the process of promoting the integration of agriculture and tourism in this region,there are some problems,such as inadequate policy support,limited driving capacity of integration subjects,lack of innovation and connotation of new industrial forms,insufficient marketing and publicity,and lack of professional talents.At last,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry in Qinglong County in combination with the summary and reference of successful development mode domestic and international:strengthening the leading role of the government;enhancing corporation among subjects in the process of integration and integrate industrial resources create the integration products with regional characteristics combine agricultural and tourism;expand the marketing channel of rural agricultural integration project;training new compound talents in agricultural and tourism integration projects.
