Currently, "Accommodation of Funds", which is highlighted to be one of the five key cooperative projects of "the Belt and Road" grand blueprint, will definitely bring revolution to banking industry in the nearly future. In the past two years, "the Belt and Road initiative" did offer great opportunities, and banks in China showed their enthusiasm on responding the initiative. In order to speed up the process of internationalization, many Chinese banks started to establish more oversea branches and develop more offshore businesses. Moreover, some other hot issues such as "Internet-based Financing", "the internationalization of RMB","Free Trade Area", "Bonded Zone" and "Industrial Park" also brought huge changes to the whole financial sector. Meanwhile, banks are required to update their financial services for responding the new coming financial demands and the more detailed market segmentations. Furthermore, the complicated economic situation, the deep-going financial revolution and the more stringent supervisory system are the three main factors to cause pressure of banking industry. Consequently, more and more banks started to adjust or rebuild their strategies for better overcoming the challenges and seizing the opportunities.In this essay, Literature Research Method, Experience Summing-up Method, SWOT Analysis and Logical Analysis will be applied to explore the necessity of transformation towards Postal Savings Bank of China. Besides, legislation, economy, technology and banking industry are the four main aspects to the research. Furthermore, SWOT Analysis is the key methodology applied to find out the breakthrough of the transformation under the background of "the Belt and Road". Through referring the experiences from main commercial banks and some other small and medium joint-stock commercial banks in China, this essay will finally offer suggestions for the transformation in four levels:overall objective, primary missions, location of branches and safeguard measures.
