Since its inception,Postal Savings Bank of Chin has accelerated the pace of reform,on the one hand to increase development efforts,from the institutional mechanisms,management,and product innovation and service concepts,accelerate the transformation to modern commercial banks.However,as the main service and marketing channel of the retail banking business,the outlets of Postal Savings Bank have a big gap compared with other advanced commercial banks in terms of business philosophy,staff skills,marketing mode and service flow.Bank outlets transformation is particularly urgent and necessary.July 2010,J City branch starts to study and implement the network transformation project,the current transformation of the program mainly from the network environment,staff management,lobby management,sales organization and service standards in five aspects of the business outlets and services and marketing work to the guide.Up to now,there have been 45 outlets to implement the transformation,the transition network in the business performance,management level,service level,social image,customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction than before have different degrees of improvement.However,with the passage of time,the financial environment and customer demand are constantly changing,the current transformation program in practice gradually exposed many problems,such as the function of the network partition,job settings,staff management,backstage support,electronic tools,Process management are to be perfect on the individual links with the current development trend of financial institutions and consumer demand is not suited to the need to be optimized.Through the practice and analysis of the current transformation plan of J City Postal Savings Bank,this paper analyzes the functional division,staff management and service marketing process of the postal savings bank outlets in J City by using literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and the combination of theory and practice.,Support and management optimization,the purpose is to enhance the postal savings bank business outlets comprehensive competitiveness.
