The Research On Human Resource Training & Management Model For Drug Submission Outsourcing Service

Service outsourcing is very important to China's economic transformation, in recent years, due to the advantage of the low cost human resources in China, The outsourcing service developed very quickly, China has become the second biggest service contractor other than India. China's outsourcing services still remain in lower level due to the limitation of our resource's outsourcing knowledge level, communication skills and project management skills, in some way it's challenge for us to meet the demand of complicated and high level service outsourcing process. As the human resources cost is increasing year by year, China's service outsourcing industry is facing enormous challenge.This thesis researched a company majored in outsourcing for new drug submission data management as an example, based on the status of human resources management model, business process management model,the thesis analyzed issues on document specilist training and performance managent which led to lower performance of the entire team.For the current training system which lack of business specific and industry-specific, company developped too quickly led to the organization structure be too complicated which causing communication problems, lack of objective data support to current performance management system led to the lack of enthusiasm and other issues in processing team. Based on above research, the thesis bring out the improvement actions on business training system, the organization structure and the performance management system. After the improvement action implemented for one year, the result shows the team performance improved and cost saved which shows positive means of the improvement actions.The thesis based on the current situation and trend of development of China's outsroucing service, researched China's outsourcing service human resource training and management mode.
