The drug administration system has the responsibility of supervising and managing the drug & medical apparatus manufacture companies, reselling companies and the end users, as well as the circulation channels. The common problem is lacking of enough law enforcement officers, while the supervising work is tough. At the same time, the drug administration officers also have problems, such as negative attitude, insufficient knowledge, and poor technical skills. The human resource is most important of all, without high qualified people, we can not do the drug administration work very well.This article from the human resources point of view, analyzes the current status of Tang Shan food and drug administration, and gives my opinion of the training program toward Tang Shan food and drug administration employees.There are five chapters in this article. Chapter 1 is Introduction. It introduces the current status of drug administration, and explains the importance of training the drug administration employees. The research item of this article is how to do the effective training, and a research framework has been built in this article. According to the four basic phases of the training, i.e., requirement define phase, training material design phase, training deployment phase, and result measurement phase, it analyzes the factors that influence the training result. It uses case study method, and comes to the conclusion that the ability of drug administration officers can be improved dramatically by using effective requirement define, applicable courses, and flexible training method.Chapter 2 is domestic & foreign research situation and basic theory. It introduces the history and today's trend of domestic & foreign human resource development, as well as the basic theory of human resource development and training.Chapter 3 is the structure of Tang Shan drug administration. It introduces the main organization of Tang Shan drug administration, emphasizes on the working status of it. It analyzes the marketing environment of the drug and medical apparatus, and also analyzes the relationship between drug administration and drug, i.e., supervising process.Chapter 4 is the analyzing of the current status of human resource in Tang Shan food and drug administration. It analyzes the organization structure, employee quantity, education background, professional titles, professional work status, working attitude, responsibility, and professional skills, finds out why the training result is not very well.Chapter 5 is the human resource development plan for Tang Shan drug administration. According to the human resource development theory, it discusses every aspects of the training department, and try to build a set of training plans that suitable for Tang Shan drug administration.
