A Study About Land Use Evolution And Agricultural Landscape Planning Of Coal Subsidence

China has great reserve of coal resources, which will continue to play a major role in energy in a long time of the future. Although exploration of coal resources has promoted economic development, some resulting ecological issues have been left to be solved.This paper is about agricultural landscape planning of coal subsidence west off outer ring of northwest Beijing-Shanghai railway passing Zou City. The area is an aged gob with mature sink, which restricts scale development of agriculture, forestry and fishery due to frequent seasonal flooding hazard leading to production effectiveness. In the earlier stage of planning, multiple field investigations have been launched with collection of many documents to conclude regulation evolution of land application in the area during recent ten years. After comparative analysis on three kinds of land rectification, an optimal method is developed for maximum protection of land resources and reduction of project cost. Meanwhile, the planning target, principles and main planning contents of the project are established based on current conditions of land resource in Zou City, agricultural development in the region, agricultural production and management conditions with integration of reasonable forecast on agricultural market and the premise of utmost utilization of land resources to finalize the scheme. It aims to modify traditional agriculture by modern industrial technologies and construct modern efficient ecological agriculture and featured agriculture through developing comprehensive productivity of land. Moreover, build a recycling economy park of agricultural industry and create new type of ecological plantation and ecological breeding system to form favorable regional ecological environment of agriculture and upgrade agricultural productivity of per unit land. Establish leading industry of potatoes and Chinese dates accompanied by development of fishery, Shellacked and cattle aquaculture as well as seed lotus. In addition, cultivate an industrial park including wetland tourism, entertainment and science exhibitions according to unique features of subsidence.
