Studies On Planning And Designing Theories Of Rural Land Arrangement Item And Its Application

This paper uses the domestic and international land arrangement practical experience for reference, uses the land arrangement basic theories, combines with the southern flat region reality of our country, mainly adopts mathematics methods to study rural land arrangement planning and designing theories and application, and take Hunan Province demonstration land arrangement item-Baitang town of MiLuo city land arrangement item as an example. We have mainly made the following research :(l)study the basic conditions of the domestic land arrangement and combine with international land arrangement practical experience, analyse the problems in planning and desiging of rural land arrangement of our country and put forward the way to deal with the land arrangement development of our country , which used in studing on planning and designing of rural land arrangement item for reference.(2)Probe deeply into rural land arrangement intension, use basic land arrangement theories especially regional sustainable development theory to instruct the rural land arrangement practice, we can improve science and feasibility of the rural land arrngement, which is useful to realize the all-round goal of rural land arrangement and promote regional sustainable development.(3)Use the integer plan model to study the design of the best scale of field, through designing the relevant parameter and restrain terms, we can calculate out an optimum scale of field and improve the field designing according to this standard , which helps to economizs the area and improve effective cultivated land coefficient more scientifically.(4)The economic section design is the preferential direction of irritation channel planning and designing development . Through simplifying economic section design formula and design process, we can overcome the shortcoming of tedious formula operation in the past, and improve the working efficiency of planning and designing greatly.(5) On the basis of the feasibility research of the land arrangement of Baitang town project in Miluo city, Through using the basic theories and methods of planning and designingof land arrangement , we can decide to adopt the third kind of scheme to plan the backbone facility of this project, that is , section programming scheme . Using the optimization model of field scale designing, we could determine the optimum scale to be nearly 40m * 90m. According to this kind of design standard, we can promote the intensive area and rational area. Using economic section desgn simplified formula and method to design the project channel sections, we can draw a conclusion that adopting the rectangle section(m=0)can economize the area better although ladder-shaped section and rectangle section are both optimum water conservancy sections.
