| With the continuous progress of science and technology, the data production cost is reduced, the global data types and the total amount of data is increasing rapidly. May 2011, after the Internet of things and cloud computing,a new concept of “big data” is officially put forward. In 2012 the United States Obama administration issued the “big data research and development initiative”, marking the arrival of the era of big data. In such an era, the enterprise competitive intelligence work is faced with the dilemma of talents, capital and so on. It is urgent to develop new ideas and find a new model. This paper attempts to propose a solution to the problems of the present problems by using the combination of the model of crowdsourcing.First, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the enterprise competitive intelligence, especially in the big data era. Secondly, combined with the support of the public to provide intelligence support, it can reduce the cost of enterprise work, as well as to stimulate the innovation of intelligence work, etc., to build a preliminary model of enterprise competitive intelligence based on the crowdsourcing, including the work flow of competitive intelligence, basic framework and basic content. In the end, the paper constructs a competitive intelligence operating mechanism based on the five sub aspects, which is composed of competitive intelligence decision mechanism, competitive intelligence trust mechanism, competitive intelligence excitation mechanism, competitive intelligence regulatory mechanism and competitive intelligence evaluation mechanism.The research on the text has important theoretical guidance for solving the problems in the existing enterprise competitive intelligence work. It enriches the operation mode of the enterprise competitive intelligence work. It is a supplement to the enterprise work efficiency. It can improve the work efficiency of enterprise competitive intelligence. |
