In 1982, we established the rural household contract responsibility system in the vast number of rural areas in China to further reform and improve the rural land system, to arouse the enthusiasm of the farmers. In a short span of 30 years, we have made significant achievements in agricultural economic development. According to the statistics, our country's total value of agricultural output is 1.741925 trillion RMB in the first two quarters of the year 2015.However, with the further opening of domestic agricultural market, deepening reform of the agricultural industrial structure, adjusting the rural decentralized mode of agricultural management, and improving the market competitiveness of China's agricultural products, it is imperative to speed up the development of farmers' professional co-operatives. Inner Mongolia is the important agriculture and animal husbandry in China. It is facing major adjustment and transformation of agricultural industrial structure. Certain breakthrough has been achieved in adjustment of industrial structure. And various co-operative operation main bodies are developed very fast, especially the farmers' professional co-operatives. But the development of farmers' professional co-operatives is confined by numerous problems such as the government policy support.This paper analyzes the current situation, demand and problems of supporting policies in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's development of farmers' professional co-operatives. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction to the background and research status of the topic. The second part elaborates the basic theory of supporting policies. The third part is the investigation of current situation. The fourth part analyzes the main problems of supporting policy. The fifth part puts forward countermeasures for further improvement of supporting policies from the aspect of finance, revenue, banking, agricultural project, talent, etc combined with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia.
