The Research On RMB Internalization:Condition And Path

China is one of the largest economies in the world.With the development of economy,more and more scholars have studied the issue of RMB internationalization.At the same time,the United States,Japan and the Europe has suffered a lot recently,which provides a good chance for RMB to gain a foothold in the international monetary system.Chinese government accelerate the speed to push this process,and has already made brilliant achievements in the free exchange of RMB,breadth and depth of financial markets,offshore RMB market and so on.RMB has already been included in the Special Drawing Right basket by the International Monetary on December,2015.Firstly,the paper introduces some conception and theories in relation to the international currency,and it can provide some experience for the internationalization of RMB.Then the paper build a panel model to find the influencing factors of currency internationalization and their respective influence based on dollar,yen,pound,franc and euro.On the basis of the definition and theory,we analyze the current condition of the RMB and the position of RMB on the international financial market.Then the author analyzes the condition on the international of the RMB from the macroeconomic condition,breadth and depth of financial markets,currency stability,political status and so on.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the process of three main international currencies and the trait on the internationalization of RMB,this paper proposes several recommendations.
