In the process of the evolution of future financial, Internet financial and commercial Banks in what form will get along with, both are in the "zero-sum game", what is the relations hip between the two, a series of problems will be the focus of the next financial acade mic research problems.In this paper, through introducing the ecology of the Logistic extension model of p opulation growth on the Internet of traditional financial and commercial Banks to explor e analysis symbiotic development issues. First build financial ecological population growt h model, the environmental capacity of two research object and the relationship between the population density in the form of a mathematical equation quantitative; Secondly o n the selected data with private savings bank and P2 P platform trading statistical caliber,by analyzing the two variable data from Jan.2014 to Apr.2016 and to more accurately reflect the Internet financial and commercial Banks in the aspect of saving co-opetition relationships; Finally, to conclude environmental capacity and high population density dat a, regression analysis, calculated the degree of symbiosis and symbiotic inspection. Empi rical results from regression analysis, the Internet financial and environmental capacity o f commercial Banks have been significantly affect population density, compatible with q ualitative parameters between proof.
