Study On Industrialization Of Affordable Housing In Jilin Province

Affordable housing is the policy housing of the government,which is used as public welfare project to solve the housing difficulties of low-income families and.However,in the process of construction in Jilin Province,there are a series of problems such as poor quality,lack of funds,low efficiency of construction,etc.Eighteen big report clearly put environmental protection,land saving,low carbon as the direction of development of the construction industry,in order to comply with the spirit of the 18 and solve the problems that exist in the construction of housing security,through using the industrialization method to solve the problem of construction is an efficient way.Housing industrialization is a new type of construction,which can improve the quality of affordable housing,reduce construction costs and make the construction period become short.The paper study the characteristics and development process of Jilin Province,though researching the feasibility and necessity of the construction for affordable housing in Jilin province.The paper summarizes the problems and achievements existed in affordable housing and housing industry in Jilin Province.Using the methods of comparative analysis of the development process of the United States,Japan for affordable housing industry,summarizing the security implications of housing industrialization in Jilin Province.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the housing construction in Jilin province were analyzed by SWOT analysis,and the advantages and disadvantages of the protection of the housing industry in Jilin province were summarized.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of affordable housing industry in Jilin province.The significance of this paper is that through the analysis of the current situation,achievements,existing problems of the development of affordable housing industrialization in Jilin Province,using the successful practices of foreign affordable housing industry in developed countries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for Jilin Province,so as to promote security barrier housing industrialization development in Jilin Province.At the sametime,from 2013 to 2015 it can make summary for affordable housing industry pilot work in Jilin province,and help the decision-makers to plan the development of industrialization for affordable housing in Jilin province.The innovation of this paper is that,first of all,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the protection of housing industrialization in Jilin province are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method.Secondly,the AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the influence factors of affordable housing industrialization in Jilin province,and put forward the key factors that affect the development of the affordable housing in Jilin province at present.
