P2P online lending is a new type of financial innovation mode using internet technology.since the first P2 P online lending company of Zopa emerged from the UK in 2005,it developed quickly on the global scale.such as the Prosper and Lending club of the United States.P2 P online lending emerged in China 2007 and has developed rapidly especially in these two years,such as the PPDAI and Yirendai.P2P online lending intended to solve the financing problems of small and medium enterprises or individuals at the beginning of the establishment. However,in recent years,the P2 P online lending has emerged a development bottleneck problem,it is the rate of successful lending and cost of borrowing. First,this paper through theoretical and practical analysis,P2 P online lending is suitable to solve the financing problem of small and medium enterprises or individuals.second, according to the data collected from PPDAI,this paper researches the rate of successful lending and cost of borrowing by Logistic model and multiple regression model.The model shows that Age,Borrow,Lend,Number with the rate of successful is positive correlation,Fail,IR,Amount,Period is negative correlation between.Borrow,Period with cost of borrowing is positive correlation,Age,Success,Fail,Lend is negative correlation between.Finally,according to the empirical analysis concluded,this paper focus on the borrower,P2 P online lending platform and government regulators propose appropriate theory suggests with P2 P online lending play an active role in the financing problems of small and medium enterprises or individuals.
