As a new kind of financial service that using Internet technology,P2 P network lending model has a good prospect in the term of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals.Since 2005,the first P2 P lending platform formed in the UK,this financial service pattern quickly spread around the world. In 2007,the first P2 P lending was appeared in China. Then,in just 10 years' development, this industry has developed rapidly. At present, there are hundreds of P2 P lending platforms has formed. It has already become an important part of Chinese financial system.P2P network lending model can be used as a supplement to traditional financing channels. It can satisfy the financing demand of some individuals and micro-enterprises.To these users who may be ignored by traditional financial institutions,P2 P network lending platforms become their first choice. However,as a new lending pattern, there are different views for the study of this lending behaviour.Through combining previous studies in this field, this article analyse the necessity of P2 P lending model from theoretical level. Then this article choose “PAIPAIDAI”as example to do empirical research in term of studing the success rate and financing cost of P2 P network borrowing.Firstly, through using coding applications, this article grab the real transaction data of “PAIPAIDAI”.Then using mathematical statistics method, this paper study the influencial factors of lending willing and required return during the process of P2 P lending.Finanally, according to the result, this paper put forward reasonable suggestions to P2 P lending platforms and regulators, hopeing P2 P network lending industry has a better development.
