For a long time, a lot of manpower, financial resources and financial resources have been invested in the three dimensional rural issues which are placed in the first place for many years in the central file NO.1. In order to make farmers rich, to maintain the sustainable development of rural economy, to achieve modern agriculture, it is necessary to have a complete set of supporting the financial system as a support. Nanchang Dafeng Village Banks is formed by the lead of the Bank of Jiangxi, while established by the other nine companies in the form of equity in October 2010. Nanchang Dafeng rural banks with the purpose of "based small and rural development" purpose, around the "based on local, rooted in the county" development ideas, to "fast, convenient, concise" approach, to solve the problems of county economy development and the "three dimensional rural issues".After analyzing the objective and micro environment of the Dafeng Village banking market in the market competition and the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, the Dafeng Village banking market competition strategy has put forward based on the theories of market competition in this paper. At first, Dafeng rural Bank's development status is discussed in this paper whose problems and shortcomings are discovered. We make detailed studies on the development strategy of rural Banks by combining with the basic theory of strategic management and the related theories of management while using the PEST and the five forces model to explore the market competition strategy of the Dafeng rural bank. It shows that the market competition strategy implementation of Dafeng rural bank has been supported by the rural financial policy from state, the financial demand of the rapid development of county economy in Nanchang brought, the operation experience and the technical aspects of the Jiangxi bank. At the same time, it also faces assets in small scale, lack of operating experience, lack of supportive policies, fewer outlets, external settlement inconvenience and other development constraints. Dafeng Village bank's market competition strategy is "based on rural areas, rural service, competitive differentiation, and small and micro enterprises growing, and county economic development". In view of this, the implementation of Dafeng Village bank's market competition strategy should be fully based on the joint efforts from management strategy, business strategies, information strategy, brand strategy.It should be noted that Dafeng rural bank will face greater opportunities and challenges with the continuous improvement of the national policy and the mature of the interest rate. Dafeng Village Banks shall actively cooperate with the implementation of national policies and development strategies whose own market competition strategy should be perfected at the same time. Finally Dafeng Village Banks, the county economy and national economic can achieve common development.
