With the application of computer network technology,the new media form is developing rapidly.The new media information dissemination fast cover and contain everything.These new media spread fast,increase the amount of information,dissemination has undergone major changes,and the public behavior has changed.The microblogging,micro channel,circle of friends,forums and other forms of media makes any one thing in life are possible in a few minutes in the network spread quickly called hot,at the same time,it also brings the strong effect of public opinion.It can be said that the rapid development of new media has formed an unprecedented media and public opinion environment,the management of enterprise public relations crisis has also brought great challenges.From the new media environment,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of new media,crisis management theory and the impact of new media environment on corporate crisis public relations.This study in M company,in-depth analysis of the company in the face of fluke event "and" 3.15 "crisis public relations processing strategy,and enterprises in the same industry in facing the same crisis public relations ability comparison,summary of M company to deal with the crisis,M company crisis management of enterprise internal and external causes of mining,of corporate public relations crisis treatment process and steps of design.In addition,the M company in the new media environment of crisis management proposed the corresponding strategies,degree of help enterprises turn "dangerous" for "machine",and realize the health and sustainable development,of M company in the face of food safety crisis through new media to establish a good crisis PR strategy.
