Based on the communication during the society style-transforming period, this thesis sorts out the definition, principles and impaction of crisis public relation, and by the way of studying the media functional theory, it analyzes the role & function of media.The most attention is paid to the necessity of the interaction between enterprises and media, pointing out that healthy communication between enterprises and media is the key of crisis public relation. The communication will not only enhance enterprises' external communication & establish a positive image of companies, but also improve the enterprises' methods of production and management.
