Distribution Channel Selection Strategy Of The Origin Agri-enterprise Under Financial Subsidies

The agri-enterprises face many distribution channel selection strategies in the background of E-Commerce.The government speeds the construction pace of modern circulation system of agricultural products by subsidies,taxation,insurance,and so on,which will have a significant impact on decision-making of agricultural products supply chain members.On these bases,it is of theoretic and realistic significance of researching distribution channel selection strategy of the origin agri-enterprise under financial subsidies.In this paper,we apply the parameters of financial subsidies into agricultural products supply chain decision models.Researches about the role of storage facility subsidy,comprehensive agricultural subsidy and special subsidy for the optimal marketing channel choices of origin agri-enterprise will be started,by using optimization theory and game theory.A profit model is constructed referring to storage facility subsidies influence the distribution channel selection strategy of the origin agrienterprise considering the fresh problems of online direct marketing channel.And some variable bounds are gotten about storage facility subsidy affecting origin farmers' sales channel decision strategies.A numerical analysis is given to verify the models and conclusions.Then,another agricultural products supply chain decision-making models are constructed referring to comprehensive agricultural subsidy and special subsidy,and appropriate variable bounds are gotten.Some distribution channel selection strategies of the origin agri-enterprise under these three subsidies are given at last.The results show that storage facility subsidy and comprehensive agricultural subsidy can influence both farmer's ultimate profit and distribution channel selection decisions.Another subsidy can only influence farmer's ultimate profit.The government should guide farmers to modern circulation channels through adjusting the storage facilities and comprehensive agricultural subsidies.
