As a new type of ecological tourism, wetland tourism has improved immensely in recent years. Tourist attractions and scenic spots relying on wetland resources keep emerging from various places and have been well received by tourists. As the area enjoying the richest tourism resources in Bayannaoer City, Dengkou County on one hand has started its initial development of its wetland tourism. Yet on the other hand, the research and study on the wetland tourism in this region still remains backward by now. According to this mixed situation, the author make a relatively systematic research on the development of wetland tourism in this area on the title A Study on the Tourist Resources Development of the Yellow River Wetland and the Regional Nationalization Issue in Dengkou County.Based on the reference of the research results on wetland tourism by scholars both home and abroad, this thesis, starting from the investigation and research on the Yellow River wetland resources in Dengkou County combined with the local social and economical development, not only systematically elaborates the formation, development, current situation and features of the Yellow River wetland in Dengkou County, but also discusses its further tourism and regional nationalization development in the future.This thesis consists of six parts. Part One explains the basic concepts of wetland, wetland tourism, the Yellow River wetland, the development of regional nationalization and etc., which facilitate the latter thesis writing and analysis. Part Two mainly analyzes the general situation of Dengkou County including its natural conditions, the changes of its history and culture, its social and economical development and other issues. Part Three mainly expounds the current situation of the Yellow River wetland resources in Dengkou County, its area and distribution, its features and advantages and other issues. Part Four, based on the firsthand information and material, makes a detailed study on the current tourism situation of the Yellow River wetland resources in Dengkou County, including the utilization of wetland resources, the construction of scenic spots, the tourist source market and the existing problems. Part Five offers author's own opinion on the principles and strategies of the future tourism development of the Yellow River wetland resources in Dengkou County. Part Six discusses the regional nationalization issue in the tourism development of the Yellow River wetland resources in Dengkou County.
