Research On The Application And Coordination Of RFID In Supply Chain Enterprises

RFID technology can improve supply chain operations in many steps, and enhance the operating efficiency of supply chain. But at the same time, it is also necessary to do some investment to take advantage of it.So it would be a problem to understand the real value. The main purpose of this dissertation is providing theory about decision-making of RFID for the enterprise through establishing a scientific investment evaluation method of RFID technology.This dissertation summarized the relevant literature about the RFID technology’s impact on the supply chain, analyzed the influence factors of RFID technology on Two-Level supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer, expounded the inherent logic about RFID technology’s impact on the supply chain enterprise. On the basis of this, we put the influential factors named cost of inventory management and commodity shrink two as a decision-making variable of investment. The dissertation established a cost model under the background of supply chain composed single manufacturer and single retailer. The dissertation analyzed the supply chain model in the conditions of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision making method. Considered the investment changes before and after the use of RFID technology, find out the critical condition of investment decision. The dissertation further analyzed the condition of decentralized decision making in supply chain. Using the theory of cost sharing contract, we established a cost-sharing mechanism c between manufacturers and retailers. The dissertation proved that we will improve supply chain performance to achieve Pareto improvement.The article further analyzes condition of supply chain composed two manufacturers and one retailer. This part of the article took the advantage of the method of evolutionary game theory. Through the establishment of evolutionary game model to analyze the dynamic evolution process and the respective evolution path, find a stable strategy under different condition.
