Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of the Internet of things, the use of RFID Technology(RFID)in supply chain management has become more and more widely used.RFID technology can realize the information sharing and product tracking of the supply chain, which can significantly improve the overall profit of the supply chain by reducing the inaccuracy of the inventory, reduce the lead time and improving the service. However, the popularization of RFID technology is restricted by the high price of the label and the problem of supply chain members' income disharmony. Therefore,it is an important issue to discuss whether or not to invest in RFID technology and to use RFID technology to increase the coordination of supply chain revenue.According to the composition of a manufacturer and a retailer in the supply chain as the research object, consider the effect of the RFID technology and the early period of the wrong goods in the supply chain, and analysis of Supply Chain Revenue coordination problem in dual channel mode and traditional mode.content of the study are as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the principle of RFID technology and its advantages and disadvantages.Analysis of the influence of RFID technology and the early period of inventory in the wrong, and pointed out the existence of RFID technology in supply chain application problems. The paper also makes a literature review and analysis of RFID technology investment decision and income coordination, dual channel supply chain model and Stackelberg game theory, and point out the research direction of this paper.Secondly, the paper considers the inventory cost of manufacturers and retailers in the dual channel supply chain, and start from the issue of inventory errors, constructing the two echelon supply chain model based on Steinberg's game theory according to the competition hypothesis of Kunot. On the one hand, this paper analyzes the dual channel supply chain and the members of the commodity pricing before and after the adoption of RFID,and discusses the value of the price of the RFID label and the impact on the pricing of retailers and manufacturers. On the other hand, this paper analyzes the coordination problem between the members of the dual channel supply chain before and after the adoption of RFID,and realizes the coordination of supply chain with the simple wholesale price contract and revenue sharing contract.Thirdly, this paper studies the problem of supply chain game from the point of view of the dual impact of RFID technology on the supply chain's commodity dislocation and lead time.In the non-cooperative game, through the construction of cooperation between the manufacturer and the retailer newsvendor model, analysis of changes in supply chain and the members in the implementation of RFID technology and the optimal expected profit,so that retailers and manufacturers can assume the cost range of electronic tags.Under the cooperative game, the expected value of the supply chain is obtained under the cooperative game.By comparing the expected returns of the supply chain under the cooperation and non-cooperation situation, the Shapley value method is used to carry out the reasonable allocation of the benefits after the implementation of RFID technology in the supply chain. After that, the influence of the rate of error, lead time and label cost on the supply chain profit is analyzed. Finally, the article summarizes the main content of the article, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the article, provides a reference for RFID to optimize the supply chain management, and promote the development of RFID technology in all walks of life.
