Software industry is the core of the development of information industry in our country.Compared with the general material goods,software,as a kind of information commodity,the paper has many special properties,which makes information serious asymmetry between software developers and final users.Both of them are faced with missing information,in which case there will be conflict,which will seriously hinder the development and operation of a software project,add some project risk and lower the operating efficiency of the software market.Compared with traditional project,the complexity and particularity of software project are more likely to make the risk of software project.In recent years,the phenomena such as the leakage of user and bundling some malicious software plug-ins are frequently in it.The reason is that information asymmetry causes the opportunistic behavior.The adverse selection and moral hazard problem has become the important reason which causes the software industry with bad behavior of market participants in our software industry.According to information asymmetry,the discussion about market risk caused by behavior subject of software project not only has feasibility,but also can make the management theory system of software project rich.Therefore,the research on how to coordinate the interests of value chain actors of the entire software industry,how to determine the optimal allocation of resources throughout the software industry chain,and establishing an effective regulatory system have theoretical and practical significance for promoting the information process.In this paper,the use the knowledge of game theory makes the research on optimizing the structure of value chain behavior subject for our software industry.Firstly,we must clear the definition of main actors of value chain of software project,and summarize the related game theory.Secondly,in the case of complete information static,we construct a tripartite game model with behavioral agent about software developers,users and the supervisor.On the basis of the best results,the factors that affect the earnings of the parties in the software industry are analyzed deeply and introducing the third supervision of the software project industry is the unique innovation of this paper.Then,under the condition of incomplete information,we research the dynamic two-party game model between development and agent,and the extent of efforts as an important assessment indicator will be introduced into game model.Otherwise,based on the best results,we make further analysis about the factors to improve the efficiency of wholevalue chain.Finally,combined with the analysis of game model,we put forward policy recommendations for optimizing our software industry chain.
