Every beginning is hard. The beginning of the first two years baffled many people on the road of the entrepreneurship. The media, newspapers and periodicals, academic studies mainly focus on the development of the enterprise process. But the enterprise founded in the first two years is how to survive? For a miniature enterprise, with only about 500000 of the registered capital, about three personal entrepreneurial team, no excellent technology, no strong social relationships, how to choose the project? How to select the most suitable marketing mode?In this paper, we take the first two years of the A Company as the case of analyzing the marketing mode. Through the concrete analysis, the micro enterprise solved how to choose the mode of marketing problems. This dissertation first reviews relevant theory and enterprise marketing. Secondly, we further analyze the SWOT of A Company. Thirdly, the various marketing modes for A Company to select are studied. Finally, this author summarizes A Company's marketing mode (channel+ marketing+stores) and the treatment of the specific circumstances.As a micro business enterprise, A Company uses RMB300000 as the working capital. It gains the firm foothold in the market by choosing a suitable marketing mode. Through the analysis of the development of business of A Company, this paper considers that a micro enterprises as the A Company should choose the high gross profit products, which have the opaque technology and price, not mature market and will be the populist during the next few years. Taking the "the countryside surrounds the city" as the marketing strategy and taking the conference-marketing as a marketing tactics.
