In the current society, since young people becomes the main force of the consumer, the number of Internet users in China exceeded five hundred million by the end of 2012, Internet penetration rate of our country is more than 40%, however, the online shopping has reached three hundred million. In this background, network marketing has gradually replaced the traditional marketing model, as a mainstream network marketing means, has been widely popular micro-blog businesses. This article will focus on the analysis micro-blog marketing perspective, firstly introduces the basic concept micro-blog and micro-blog marketing, then introduces the enterprise micro-blog marketing approaches, in order to investigate and compare the differences micro-blog contrast the traditional marketing, and put forward the specific micro-blog marketing mode of problem of solving strategies.Research of this dissertation as a cross subject, needs to draw on and use of marketing, communication, public relations and advertising theories, after reading the literature related to micro-blog in marketing, which is one of the most important issues for in-depth exploration. Mainly divided into the following sections: first, combs and reviews the development course of micro-blog,according to contemporary literature has made the summary review.Second,put forward the definition and summarizes the micro-blog micro-blog characteristics and based on the characteristics of micro-blog, in contrast to the traditional marketing means, analyzes what are the advantages of the practical application of micro-blog in enterprise marketing. Thirdly, through the analysis of the external and internal environment for education and training industry development status, some issues emerged in traditional marketing process. If the investor want to enhance the marketing coverage rate in a short time, marketing innovation is quite necessary, to replace traditional marketing concept.Fourthly, on the basis of the third part, we need analysis the availability and the necessity for micro-blog marketing in education and training industry, then making training plan and operation proposal accordingly.Fifthly, to evaluate the probable risks in the micro-blog promotion process for enterprise marketing, and make action plan to avoid the risks.In conclusion, summarizing the main points of this dissertation, the micro-blog marketing future prospects is bright to widespread use.
