The JIT Purchasing Model Based On Construction Supply Chain Research

The construction industry, as a pillar industry of Chinese national economy development, is crucial for stable and healthy development of economy in our country. Under the macro policy of adjusting the pattern of economic development, currently, building enterprise extensive interests growth is extremely limited, the market environment is becoming more and more bad, the management of construction enterprises cost rising sharply. Many enterprises realize that want to survive in the fierce competition, we must improve the service level, improve the management mode, from a different Angle to find new profit growth point. Purchasing cost as an important part of building construction project cost and building cost of projects total cost about 60%, its proper management has great effects on project total cost. And the traditional building materials procurement management of construction exists inventory cost is high, secondary handling frequently, material loss serious, the quality is not high, not value-added links of material acceptance, and a series of problems so on. The solution of these problems or not has a serious relationship to the development of construction enterprises in the new environment. As an advanced purchasing management mode, JIT purchasing management is the current purchase management method in the most effective way to reduce construction material procurement cost, make full use of JIT procurement have great benefits to eliminate inventory, improve the quality of materials, shorten the construction period, reduce procurement costs and reduce some unnecessary material acceptance link.Introduce supply chain management thought in the construction industry, this paper established the critically secondary structures of JIT purchasing supply chain model between the contractor and supplier.The first chapter, it gives the research background of this article and problem, purpose and significance, research logic, content and research methods and innovations.The second chapter, it gives the related research literature review. Summarizing the current state of research theory about supply chain and supply chain management, construction supply chain, JIT procurement mode, and it provides the brief summary of current research situation.The third chapter, it gives a cost model research of the JIT purchasing and traditional purchasing based on construction supply chain environment. First of all, under the background of actual engineering construction, by assuming a certain conditions are given, basing on the two stage supply chain environment between the contractor and supplier, established JIT purchasing and traditional purchasing cost model for both sides, solving and comparing the model. Secondly, through analyzing each procurement cost and income, contractor’s optimal purchase quantity and the material supplier the eugenics production, to illustrate the JIT procurement mode has the beneficial effects to purchasing cost and profit of both sides. And the author puts forward a problem of batch purchase restrictions of the JIT procurement mode. Finally, a numerical example verifies the theory mentioned in this chapter.The fourth chapter, it gives a cost model research of joint JIT purchasing of the multiple contractors based on supply chain environment, so that solving the question in the above chapter. First of all, from the bottleneck of batch purchase restrictions of the JIT purchasing mode, establishing joint JIT purchasing cost model of a multiple range with deterministic demand contractor. Secondly, using the joint procurement strategy solves the batch purchase restrictions of the JIT purchasing, and offers several measures about choosing appropriate purchasing confederate partner. For some want to use the JIT procurement mode to optimize purchasing management but restricted by the JIT purchasing bulk conditions of enterprise provides the coping strategies. Finally, a numerical example verifies the theory mentioned in this chapter.The fifth chapter, it gives a model research of rewards and punishment mechanism under the action of an evolutionary game. JIT procurement mode need to adopt for highly cooperation between the purchaser and the supplier, even under the supply chain environment they have common strategic cooperation partnership, but does not rule out some disharmonious factors to leads to the deterioration of the relationship. By using evolutionary game method, this chapter has researched the purchaser and the supplier co-opetition relationships in construction supply chain. First of all, it establishes an evolutionary dynamic game model for co-opetition of no punishment mechanism. Secondly, solving model and providing sensitivity analysis of several factors in the probability of cooperation. Moreover, on this basis, it establishes an evolutionary dynamic game model for co-opetition of the punishment mechanism. Analysis results indicate that setting punishment should be more effective long-term mechanism to maintain and supply the height of the cooperation relations, provides a good environment for JIT procurement mode. Finally, a numerical example verifies the theory mentioned in this chapter.The sixth chapter, it makes a summary and outlook for this article research. The author summarizes study results and provides the deficiencies and problems which need to be studied further, looking forward to the development prospects of the research direction in the future.The paper is based on the construction supply chain environment, JIT purchasing model was applied to the construction industry, combining with the construction characteristics of building materials theoretically the JIT purchasing model is used for the qualitative analysis and quantitative research. Research results indicate that the JIT purchasing model is superior to the traditional purchase mode, and have splendid solution to the construction of existing unnecessary material acceptance link and purchasing cost. We study for the construction industry provides a new thought of optimization of procurement management, for the implementation of JIT procurement mode application in the construction industry has a certain theoretical research and practical application value.
