With the enhancement of people’s living standards and the changes in diet concept, the demand of fresh product increased year by year. However, cold chain logistics is still at a very low level and cold chain logistics enterprises are facing high operating costs, product loss, difficulties of business cooperation, traffic control, traffic congestion and other problems in our country. Facing the opportunities and challenges, cold chain logistics enterprises gradually realize that cooperation can bring stealth profit. Then they begin to try joint distribution. Joint distribution refers to the distribution activities of the joint implementatio n of several enterprises. It can achieve economies of scale, reduce operating costs and is an important way for enterprises to save resources. It is also a powerful means of improving the traffic environment, social resource sharing and efficient use of resources. The purpose of this dissertation is to promote the formation and implementation of joint distribution in cold chain logistics. This dissertation studies the relationship of participators and the factors of joint distribution in cold chain logistics, which is combined with the problem of cold chain logistics enterprises facing and based on the literature review. Using evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation methods, two evolutionary game models are established to analyze the influence of various factors on the evolution path. The one is between cold chain logistics enterprises. The other one is between cold chain logistics enterprises and the government. Then this dissertation establishes the propulsion mechanism of joint distribution in cold chain logistics. The research result shows that initial cooperation intention has a decisive effect on the formation of joint distribution. Returns of cold chain logistics enterprises with independent operation and returns of government with inefficient construction of logistics information sharing platform have no decisive effect on the formation of joint distribution. Formation of joint distribution is positively correlated with cooperation excess returns and the trust factor, and is negatively with total investment cost and the risk factor between cold chain logistics enterprises. Formation of joint distribution is positively correlated with cooperation excess returns and social benefits, and is negatively with system replacement and learning costs, risk costs of mergers and acquisitions, platform upgrade costs and promotional costs between cold chain logistics enterprises and the government. From the three angles of system orderly internal linkage, external incentives to promote and external regulatory evaluation, this dissertation establishes the propulsion mechanism and hope to promote the formation and implementation of joint distribution in cold chain logistics.
