The original tourism, just can bring visitor a visual perception, but cannot meet the demands of tourists multi-sensation. At present travelling experience is the core part of tourist's tour. In order to improve the satisfaction degree of tourists, all tourist attraction exploits and creates new travelling products to meet tourists' demands land provide them mew experience. The traditional tourism industry has been developing, science has been reforming and opening up more than thirty years.During this fully developing stage, natural and human recourses throughout the country have been fully exploit into science areas, which greatly contribute to local economic development. However, excessive exploitation, unreasonable utilization, administration lagging behind and other traditional management model also bring great negative effects, such as the destruction of recourse environment, congestion In tourist seasons and so on. Tourism industry is facing the great challenge for transformation and upgrading, and the tourist attractions also need to find a new developing direction. With the development of contemporary science and technology, especially the popularization of computer and Internet, many industries began to turn into modernization mode, and the tourism industry is no exception. Applying scientific and technology means to the construction of scenic areas, changing the traditional management models and using information to provide a new and amazing experience for travellers,all those belong to the construction of wise scenic regions, which is carried out vigorously in nationwide.This thesis studies Kai Feng Millennium City Park. A theme park with the culture of the Song Dynasty. Firstly, refer to the theoretical knowledge of tourism experience and the construction of wise scenic areas. Next, learn from the advanced experience of growing vigorously construction of wise scenic regions using the related research methods and coming with its own characteristics of the park to make a research about the construction of wise scenic areas.First, this thesis arranges related bibliographies at home and abroad, put forth relevant theories so as to reach a frame of the construction. Then, it tries to find out such issues as marketing service, management and perception on the basis of current development in Millennium advice and strategies according to practical conditions. The construction in the park is on the way. Though traditional operation quickened the pace of development, there are still such issues in that scenic spot as monotonous website content, leading role of traditional business, backward means of public management, short of overall platform of experiencing wise tour and of professionals in this aspect. Under this background, this thesis is to put forward related strategies to construct that scenic spot, for example, wise marketing is to stimulate the transformation of the marketing, and wise service is to provide smart steward, etc. Hope this thesis will take effect in constructing this scenic spot so as to promote a sustainable development in Millennium City Park. |
