With the rapid development of domestic market economy,the organization competition between enterprises has been gradually transferred to the knowledge competition.Intellectual property has become the core elements of knowledge intensive enterprise to obtain sustained competitive,knowledge management theory is increasingly brought to the attention of the business and academia.From the perspective of the knowledge intensive enterprise means that the core competence of the organization of knowledge,knowledge competition has become one of the first problems and the core content of enterprise competition.The reform and open policy for 30 years,along with our country aging aggravating,the multitudinous enterprises face the senior staffs knowledge memory question,the knowledge intensity enterprise especially are being serious.China already entered four generation of staff parallel operation time,the generation of border knowledge transfer problem,has become the hot spot topic in the academic circles.Under this background,this article first based on had the literature research foundation,has analyzed the knowledge intensity enterprise,the generation of staff's difference and the knowledge transfer theory has carried on the summary.The article has analyzed the knowledge intensity enterprise generation of border staff's characteristic and the difference,the generation of border staff mainly will divide into four kinds to include "the Dedication","the Caution,"the Practicality","the new generation".At the same time,the union generation of staffs difference and the knowledge transfer influence factors,from the generation of staffs cultural context,in the knowledge shift motivation,the confidence,the loyalty and the attachment to family,summarized the generation of employees difference to the knowledge shift influence factor.Next,through to have the literature summary,based on above theoretical basis,this paper analyses the intergenerational motives of the cultural backgrounds of employees,knowledge transfer,family values,loyalty and trust and other differences.This article based on the theoretical basis,under the knowledge intensity enterprise,has constructed the generation of staff difference to the knowledge transfer influence conceptual model,and proposed eight basic suppositions.Once more,this article uses the network link form to carry on the questionnaire,the main object of study is engaged in technical and the knowledge correlation enterprise disparity in age section staff,this questionnaire survey altogether provides 300,through the analysis and the effective judgment,a total of 280 effective questionnaires were taken back.This article utilized AMOS 17.0 and SPSS 19.0 counts the software to carry on the letter analysis and the validity analysis,the confirmation factor analysis and the structured equation model analysis to the questionnaire data,and carried on the revision to the conceptual model and examines.Finally,this paper has confirmed the majority of research supposition,including the confidence level and loyally has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfers,the cultural context and the knowledge transfer motivation has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfer,meanwhile,between enterprise staffs confidence level and loyalty staffs cultural environment and enterprise culture influence.
