Recentlyl the "China-US Trade War" incident has exposed the serious problems of China's manufacturing enterprises that there is a huge gap between China and developed countries,especially the top developed countries,in the level of manufacturing development.The innovation-driven development of manufacturing industry is not only an inevitable requirement for economic transformation and upgrading,and seeking new development ideas,but also an important criterion for national security and international gaming."Made in China 2025" pointed out that the current international industrial structure is in the stage of restructuring,and it has formed a historic intersection with the transformation of China's economic development.We must seize this historical opportunity and use the"innovation-driven" as the basic policy to change the "big but not strong" situation of China's manufacturing industry,and make China into the ranks of manufacturing powers.The "13th Five-Year Plan" also pointed out that in order to achieve China's rapid economic growth,no matter for high-end manufacturing or high-end service industries,it is necessary to cultivate new industries based on independent innovation.As a knowledge-intensive organization for manufacturing enterprises,the R&D team is the key supporting department for integrating innovative resources and improving innovation efficiency.Within the manufacturing R&D team,through knowledge transfer,resources complementarity and collaborative development among members are realized,and the internal knowledge of the team is continuously added.That is,whether the knowledge transfer between members can be sustained and stable determines the ability of team knowledge innovation.Therefore,knowledge transfer is the essence of R&D team's knowledge innovation activities and the necessary process for manufacturing enterprises to develop and strengthen.The success of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises has effectively promoted the scientific research,talent training level and innovation ability of the enterprise,and driven the development of the industry economy and even the national economy,which is of great significance to the formation and development of China's national innovation systemHowever,due to the unique attributes such as context dependence,monopoly and occult,knowledge transfer is a very complicated problem.It is neither a tangible material transfer in the general sense nor a purely meaningful market transaction.Therefore,knowledge transfer behavior as the main behavior of knowledge flowing and sharing,studying its micro-mechanism is the key to improving the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises,and also the key and difficult points in the field of knowledge management.Based on theories and ideas of knowledge collaboration,game,social network and complex network,this study first analyzes the conditions,scenarios and evolution processes of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises,and then builds and empirically validates its impact mechanism model,so as to deeply analyze the internal knowledge transfer problem of manufacturing R&D team from various perspectives.Finally,the optimization strategy of knowledge transfer of manufacturing R&D team is put forward targetedly.First of all,this paper defines the concept of knowledge transfer in R&D team of manufacturing enterprises,puts forward the problems of knowledge transfer in R&D team of manufacturing enterprises,and constructs the theoretical framework.Based on the analysis of existing research on knowledge transfer of R&D team in manufacturing enterprises,this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of knowledge transfer of R&D team in manufacturing enterprises;By combing and expounding the relevant theories and development status of the knowledge transfer of the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises,this article puts forward the problems of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises;Based on the theoretical analysis,the theoretical framework of the research on knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises is constructed..Second,this article reveals the conditions for knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing companies.The continuation of knowledge transfer behavior is a prerequisite for other related research,so the primary consideration is the conditions under which it can proceed smoothly.From the perspective of the conditions of knowledge transfer stability within the R&D team,the knowledge transfer benefit function is used as the entry point,and the static game,dynamic repetitive game and evolutionary game are used to gradually relax the conditions,and the conditions of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of the manufacturing enterprise are systematically studied.Third,this paper explores the social network embedded scenario of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises.Due to the informalization of knowledge,knowledge activities inside and outside the organization are always embedded in certain social networks.Therefore,network embedded scenarios as the external environment are the key factors for the internal knowledge transfer activities of manufacturing R&D team.From the perspective of the internal social network situation of the R&D team of the manufacturing enterprise,the social network analysis,simulation experiment and statistical analysis method are comprehensively used to deeply explore the structural characteristics and influence mechanism of the social network embedded in the knowledge transfer of the R&D team of the manufacturing enterprise.Fourth,this paper analyzes the evolution process of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of the dynamic evolution process of knowledge transfer,using dynamic evolution game and complex network theory,the scale-free network is used as the knowledge transfer evolution carrier,and the dynamic evolution process of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises is systematically analyzed through numerical simulation technology.Fifth,this paper constructs the impact mechanism model of knowledge transfer efficacy within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises.From a global perspective,the situational factors,conditional factors and evolution process factors of the knowledge transfer of the manufacturing R&D team are placed under the same research framework.Through theoretical analysis and multiple regression analysis,the influence mechanism model of knowledge transfer efficacy within the R&D team of manufacturing enterprises is proposed and empirically verified.Finally,this paper proposes the suggestions for the knowledge transfer efficacy of manufacturing R&D team.From the aspects of the situation(strengthening the internal social network construction of the team),conditions and evolution process(improving knowledge transfer ability and willingness,attaching importance to knowledge management)of knowledge transfer within the R&D team of the manufacturing enterprise,the suggestions of promoting the knowledge transfer efficacy of the R&D team of the manufacturing enterprise are proposed.
