Uncertainty Analysis And Risk Assessment Of Low Temperature Food Cold Chain Logistics

With the development of economic,improvement of people's living standards,people are increasingly demanding food quality,which leads the rapid development of cold chain logistics.Although the cold chain logistics is becoming more and more attention,and has good market prospects,there are all kinds of problems in low temperature food,which follows the cold chain logistics process.At present,China's cold chain logistics does not have a set of comprehensive management system,and there is no clear cold chain food requirements and the job specifications in the low temperature food,which greatly increases the temperature of food safety management and control difficulty.Therefore,the study on the influence of the risk factors of the low temperature food cold chain logistics,the risk identification and risk assessment of low temperature food cold chain logistics,not only facilitates the operation of low temperature food quality control,but also plays an important role on the aspect of ensuring food quality and low temperature security.This paper mainly research and risk assessment in cold food cold chain logistics,first of all we take low temperature food enterprise as an example.Analysis link of the cold chain logistics,exists in all aspects of the influence of factors of analysis,and identify the risk factors in the process of operation.Through field visits,expert survey method,and incorporating the principles of risk assessment index system,we determine the low temperature food cold chain logistics risk evaluation index system.Then this paper analysis assessment methods are common to us,choose the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with low temperature food cold chain logistics risk comprehensive assessment model is established,illustrates the way of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining with specific examples,and connecting the specific evaluation index system of layered,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine each index of the importance of risk factors,establish the evaluation grade standard,finally using the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk of cold food cold chain logistics,then,this paper analysis assessment results,and puts forward some improvement measures.The contents can improve the enterprise in the low temperature food cold chain logistics operation of the link of the cold chain logistics risk prevention problem,which can protect low temperature food quality and safety effectively.Then the evaluation results can help the industryto cognitive cold food cold chain logistics situation,can understand the operational aspects of the greater impact of factors on the risk of low-temperature food cold chain logistics,the result provides the support for the decision of cold food cold chain logistics,guiding the healthy development of enterprises cold food cold chain logistics.
