Research On The Countermeasures Of The Government Service For The Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

For a long time, the small and medium-sized enterprises in Chaoyang County, due to the problems of mortgage guarantee, narrow financing channels, lack of financing policies and other issues, so that the financing of the road is difficult. Chaoyang County, the root causes of the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises are complex and diverse, but also with the Chaoyang County government services and support the lack of a close relationship. Past is our country government to the enterprise of management and service, and now the government of enterprise development and growth couldn't have played positive role may even his management and service mode will hinder their development. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to clear on the basis of its role and position, as a positive, play macro regulation and control function and service function, based on the construction of the small and medium-sized enterprises, financial institutions and strengthening government service countermeasures are put forward in this paper. In order to achieve the transformation of government functions from management to service, in order to effectively resolve the financing problems of smes.In this paper, the Chaoyang County small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, by way of interview and questionnaire survey, understanding of the current problems and difficulties encountered in Chaoyang County small and medium-sized enterprise financing, the focus from the perspective of government services to explain how to help enterprises solve the financing difficulties. Through literature method, qualitative analysis and interview method, the reason and the concrete measures are elaborated and analyzed from three angles of the enterprise, the bank and the government respectively.The innovation of this paper is that, through the perspective of government service, the government's service function and the macro control function are highlighted.
