Research On The Financing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Supported By Huaian Municipal Government

At present,the development speed of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is very fast,It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting national economic growth,invigorating the market,increasing employment and promoting innovation.The development of SMEs has become an important aspect of maintaining social and economic stability and prosperity.Since the reform and opening up,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China are also facing many problems and difficulties in the process of development.Financing difficulty is an important problem faced by many small and medium-sized enterprises.The government should take various measures to effectively solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,and lead to better and faster economic development.In 2002,the law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises,adopted at the 28 th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress,marked that china's promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises was on the track of legalization and standardization.In recent years,the state council and relevant departments have issued relevant laws,policies,opinions and measures for small and medium-sized enterprises for many times.Under the guidance of the policy,local governments,finance,taxation,banking,securities and other departments actively cooperate with each other and make joint efforts to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.But there are still many problems in practice.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of government support for SMEs financing and analyses the present situation of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in huai'an city and the causes of financing difficulties.Summarize the policies of the state,provincial and municipal governments to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,This paper introduces and summarizes the practices and experiences of some countries and regions.According to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in huai'an and the current huai'an city government support small and medium-sized enterprises financing situation research,it points out the problems in the financing process of the current government support for SMEs.It suggest that the government should solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises from five aspects,improve the guarantee system,build a good platform for cooperation,broaden financing channels,create a creditenvironment.It offers suggestions for huai'an municipal government to support financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Hope to promote the better development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the improvement of the comprehensive strength level of huai'an.
