A Case Study Of Safety Production Management In YJMY Company

Safety production as the foundation condition of the harmonious social development and the basic guarantee, is one of the most basic human needs. Although with the progress of science and technology, the safety management level and technical level of corresponding industry is improving, but compared with other industries, coal industry of China is still a high-risk industry. Frequent accidents in coal mine, has brought great losses to people and country. Therefore, with the processing of coal mining, guarantee the safety production is very important, and the essence of guarantee safety production work is to establish and improve the scientific and reasonable safety production management.This research take the case of Huihuang minesof Yunjing CoalCo. LTD (YJMY company) as the research object. The research of coal mine safety production and management, divided into four aspects.First, the topic background, theoretical and practical significance are discussed in this study, and comprehensive analysised safety production management both domestic and abroad, especially the existing research results of coal mine safety production, refining out this study to solve the key scientific problems.Second, with safety production regulations established and execution, safety production management organization system and production safety evaluation method as the key point, from distribution of responsibilities, management procedure, technical support and personnel management etc., this paper introduced the basic theory of the safe production management according to which this research institute.Third,with the main line of a typical major accidents, this paper expounds the YJMY company of coal mine safety production management of the main problems, from the personnel quality, production safety concept, safety input, safety production management system of basic construction, coal mine site work environment five aspects analyses the causes of the accident, points out that YJMY company the main defects existing in the field of coal mine safety production management.Fourth, according to the results of genetic analysis, faced with the needs of safety production, efficient production, the basic requirement of green production. Put forward to the concrete countermeasures and suggestions from personnel quality, the management of safety production education, safety management procedures, the responsibility system for safety management, safety supervision strengthened, the quality of safety culture system and standard system improved etc.
