Study On Safety Supervision Of Industrial Enterprises In Pan'an County

Safety production concerns the life,health and property safety of the broad masses of the people.At the same time,there is a direct link between social security and social development.Building a well-off society in an all-round way also needs to be based on safe production.At the same time,it is also an important measure to push forward the strategy of sustainable development.The difficulties and emphases of production safety supervision are in the villages and towns,the study of local government supervision of production safety is of important theoretical and practical significance.This article takes the supervision work of the safety production of industrial enterprises in Pan'an as the research object.Through investigation and research,there are some problems such as inadequate implementation of the system,lack of supervision of small enterprises and inadequate supervision power in the production safety supervision of industrial enterprises in Pan'an county.In view of these problems,from the two macro aspects of the institutional mechanism and the actual implementation process,through real case analysis the reasons for these problems.The study found that the reasons for the above problems are imperfect working mechanism,lack of awareness of concepts,unclear responsibilities of departments,inadequate implementation of corporate responsibilities,lagging behind of safety culture construction and inadequate supervision of intermediary services.Based on the analysis of the practice and experience of safety production supervision in developed areas at home and abroad,the article puts forward suggestions for improving safety production supervision in Pan'an industrial enterprises: 1.Perfecting the supervision and management system of safety production;2.Strictly implement the responsibility of supervision of safety production and the responsibility of enterprise main body;3.Sound risk early warning mechanism and rescue mechanism;4.Carrying out the work of standardization of safety production and social service;5.Strengthening the supervision of safety production in key industries and fields;6.Strengthening the propaganda and education of safety production,improving the safety quality and consciousness of the employees,and promoting the construction of enterprise safety culture;7.Give full play to the role of science and technology and implement the science and technology.
