Research On Optimization Of Safety Production Management Of YFJS Company

Safety in production,is a prolonged topic.It is closely related to people’s life and safety as well as the development of the company.In recent years,the situation of national safety in production is basically stable.Since the launch of the "three-year special rectification activity",China’s safety work situation has been stable and improved,and the number of accidents has been greatly reduced.As the economy and society step into the fast track of development,how to solve the relationship between economic interests and safety in production is essential.It is urgent to seek new ideas and measures to solve the problems in safety production management of enterprises.To a large extent,the safety production standard management system alleviates the long-standing issue and solves the management problems in the enterprises.In 2021,the Ministry of Emergency Management issues many documents to promote each links of safety production management in enterprises and strengthens the standardized construction.How to ensure the standardized safety production management and put it into daily operation has been the direction of enterprises.In the coming period,the national safety production management will take the road of standardization,which will also become an important research topic of enterprise safety management.This thesis takes YFJS company as a case and takes the safety production management standard and related theories as research means and method.Systematic and in-depth research on the safety production management of enterprises has been conducted.Firstly,the historical background,importance,methods,theoretical thought and framework of related research are introduced.Combined with the enterprise safety management standards and its related theories,in-depth research has been carried out.The research results and important views of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the production safety management are systematically summarized.The important enlightenments to the enterprise safety production management work are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of extensive research on historical literature data and in-depth research,through the discussion,questionnaire survey and self-evaluation of YFJS company,which relying on the Pareto analysis method,the current situation,problems and causes of safety production management of YFJS company are comprehensively sorted out,so as to analyze and investigate the enterprise safety production management problems.Lastly,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the safety production management and optimization work of YFJS Company,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of organizational guarantee,dynamic monitoring and performance management,safety culture and full participation.In this thesis,the management standards of safety production and the related theoretical foundations are applied to the company’s safety production management work.This optimizes the situation of the company’s safety production management,enriches the theory,methods,and experience of safety production management,provides new ideas and methods for the company’s safety production management,improves the employees’ awareness of safety production,reduces the occurrence of incidents and accidents,and ensures the life and health of employees.At the same time,YFJS can be a pilot for enterprises in the same industry to promote employee safety,enterprise safety,and even regional social security of enterprises,form a radiation effect with points and areas,and promote the stability and improvement of the regional safety production situation.It plays a radiated role to let one unit guide a whole area to promote the stability and improvement of the regional safety production situation.
