The national quality inspection center development has played a positive role in improving the whole industrial utilization of resources, enhancing the industry’s comprehensive competitiveness, guiding the adjustment of industrial resource structure, speeding up the modernization process of China and increasing the risk resistance ability. However, at the same time, it also exposed some problems such as the improper weights on project aspects such as district planning, technology provided, supporting facilities, industrial structure, and etc., which leads to a single-function result. The development of the national quality inspection center project would have a substantial positive impact on improving the industrial structure, increasing ancillary functions of the industrial chain and completing the industry infrastructure.This thesis firstly studied the current status and progress of the national quality inspection centers, and then further studied the feasibility analysis of both domestic and overseas projects. After that, the thesis deeply explored the feasibility of the national quality inspection center project, and analyzed the existing issues of the progress. Subsequently discussed are the evaluation modes of the project’s feasibility studies.According to the research results, this thesis established a three-hierarchy comprehensive evaluation indicators system of the national quality inspection center project. Then this thesis calculated the weights for the factors of the subject layer and indicator layer of the indicators system by experts’ opinion and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After defining the indicators and the weights, the thesis established the fussy comprehensive evaluation model of the national quality inspection center project, and empirically studied the comprehensive assessment of Beijing station, Hefei station, and Guangzhou station of the national quality inspection centers. Firstly, the thesis introduced the overall situation of the three stations of the national quality inspection center projects, and fuzzy quantified the vectored indicators of the system to establish a comment set and its attached matrix, finally got the comprehensive assessment result by calculating. After analyzing the result, the thesis found out that the national quality inspection center (Hefei) project meets the inevitable growth trends of the industry, and coincidences with the current industrial strategy and intention of the manager layer. It generated tremendous beneficial results for social environment, which covered the shortage of the project industrial structure and economic increase, and kept the interesting and motivation of the investors.By the empirical analysis, it is concluded that the valuation indicators system and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model that were built in this thesis have good feasibility and operability. Focusing on the assessment result, the thesis derived the general points for the three stations and provided a feasibility strategy for the future national quality inspection center projects. However, the research of this thesis has limitations, and requires constant improving and revising in the process of different types of national quality inspection center projects, so that a better feasibility comment for the national quality inspection center project may be derived.
