With the rapid development of global economic integration and information technology, enterprises are on the global chain. Rapid changes in the external market environment require the supply chain, especially the internal supply chain to respond quickly to market demands. Hence, enterprises should focus on the core function of inner supply chain, reengineer business processes, and build a lean supply chain management, in order to achieve the improvement of the overall operational efficiency, economic profits and a sustainable development in a fierce market competition.In this paper, by using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis, the problems in T company supply chain management, which includes order management, inventory management, production plan management, will be analyzed to conclude the main reasons. Based on this, we investigated the benchmarking enterprise to determine the T Company's internal supply chain improvement objectives, and put forward the core strategy of collaborative management improvement by setting the planning department as the core of organizational structure, and then design the T company internal supply chain coordination model, set up improvement plans in supplier management, purchase management and inventory management. Finally, we used experiment to verify the effect of the supply chain process improvements.Through case study and verification, the paper is expected to be as the experience reference to medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the aspects of supply chain management and improvement, and to help more small and medium enterprises to establish reasonable and effective management mechanisms, so that they can stably improve profitability in the long term and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and development advantages.
