Research On Transformation And Upgrading Path In The Ancient Town Tourism Under The Background Of The New-type Urbanization

As China entered the period of rapid urbanization, the traditional road of urbanization gradually revealed a series of shortcomings.in the promotion of international situation and domestic development, restructuring and development of urbanization is inevitable, new-type urbanization concept came into being, and increasingly has become the focus of attention. Ancient town tourism development has a certain life cycle, to extend its maturity shall be carried out many promotion and innovation measures, in order to meet different needs of the target customer and promote tourism town sustainable development. Based on these two background, the mature tourist town transformation and upgrading is on the imperative. In this paper, as new-type urbanization into the guide, lets industrial integration theory and the concept of rural tourism into ancient town transformation and upgrading. As Huang Longxi Ancient Town the research object, for Huang Longxi current problem, came up with the path to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the Huang Longxi Ancient Town tourism, and provide some references in ancient town tourism sustainable development.This paper is based on research at home and abroad, especially based on indepth study of the relationship between tourism and the new urbanization, and town tourism transformation and upgrading, analyses the current situation of urbanization development, explains the basic requirements of new-type urbanization, outlines new-type urbanization five model development path, and study the ancient town tourism direction of transformation and upgrading, to provide a more solid theoretical foundation for later in ancient town tourism transformation and upgrading path.Then theory with practice, through field research, analyzed and predicted their populations and urbanization levels, and do a detailed explanation of Huang Longxi tourism development, summarized the current problems facing the development of tourism. Finally from many aspects propose tourism town upgrade path, such as five state five overall, deep cultural connotation, industrial integration and development, diversified products construction, tourism ecosystem creation, quality of talentdriven, information-based marketing, aimed at on the background of new-type urbanization promoting Huang Longxi Ancient Town tourism prosperity and sustainable development.
