With the enhancement that our country protects the environment, energy conservation starts to influence the development of cement enterprises. At the same time, the requirement of cement energy consumption evaluation index becomes strict increasingly, only when cement enterprises reduce production energy consumption can they meet the requirements of the new environment. Competition among the cement enterprises will finally convert to competition of product price, in which compressing cost is the key of competition. Aimed at reducing the production cost of cement, cement enterprises will have the advantage in terms of price by controlling the energy consumption so that make it reduce to a lower degree as far as possible during the productive process.Cement energy management system is a network system platform established for managers to find problems existing in the energy consumption during the productive process. It is aimed to analysis the statistical data that collected from the cement productive lines and different cement working procedures, calculate the corresponding power consumption and coal consumption, and monitor the significant energy consuming equipment in the real time, so that the energy waste problem existing in the productive process will be effectively presented by energy management system. However, the system is composed of multiple modules and needs cooperation among many people. The paper mainly consists of the research about cement energy data storage and analysis:(1) Firstly, summary the situation about cement energy, then according to the practical requirements, analysis the requirements arising from the energy data storage and analysis used in the energy management system for modern cement enterprises, propose a practical and feasible scheme that mainly includes the design which relating to two modules that are energy data storage and analysis.(2) Considering the cement energy data storage, the paper proposes a database management and data classification process data in the database storage scheme, which solves the problem of energy data storage, completes the design of database system architecture and data synchronization between group and subordinate branch. The system realizes many functions including energy consumption analysis, electricity cost analysis, workers' performance analysis, report form analysis, energy prediction analysis, and solves many practical problems.(3) The system combined with the actual production of a group of building materials, we adopt Windows and.NET framework in which C# language and Visual Studio 2012 and data base system MS SQL Server 2012 in used. The system is tested and applied in the practical project. Experiments show that the system reachs the anticipated goal, achieves good performance and meets the requirements for the practical project.
