Power demand side enterprises in Inner Mongolia electric power monitoring and control platform is to promote the electric power demand side management,the platform is a professional,open network application platform.The platform have the function as information release,power supply and demand situation analysis,orderly power utilization management,economic analysis,on-line monitoring and diagnosis,electric power service,electric power analysis.To provide the service for the user of electric power,electricity providers,power grid enterprises,government departments and other groups.In this thesis,through the user groups demand analysis,on the basis of existing information system support of Inner Mongolia autonomous region are geared,to study the needs of different users of the platform function,realization of electricity management "digitalization networking,visualization,specialization" design the platform to meet the use requirement of all kinds of users.In this thesis,through research and analysis the user groups demand,analysis the function of platform,to carry on the overall design.From the aspects of network structure,data storage,safety of the platform,make the platform is flexible,stable and safe operation.Based on the importance of electricity information data,in view of the platform power information data access,analysis,analysis method,ensure the security of user information and power data processing analysis system’s stability.Designs The data acquisition master station and data transmission network.By studying the acquisition system of platform,through using the electricity monitoring terminal without power outages,make the equipment installation simple and convenient.
