Currently, as technicalization level continues to deepen, Henan province's requirement for its agriculture development is gradually improved, so as to promote agricultural economy further developed. And the agricultural technic extension work belongs to the contents of agricultural development. Recent years, agricultural technic extension work is not so satisfied and there has existed some problems in agricultural technology promotion workers' quality, which has affected agricultural technic promotion jobs to be successfully carried out. So choose county as the study range, this paper comprehended and analysed the problems existed in the quality of this of staff in a county, and combining this county's practical situation, proposed countermeasures of A county.Through literature research method, this paper consulted relevant literature materials, and made a summarization; to use questionnaire survey and study on the quality of agricultural workers, with the method of AHP, revealed the problems in the quality of agricultural technology extension workers, and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions applied in a county to promote agricultural technology and solve the problems.This paper revealed the problems existed in the quality of agricultural technology extension workers of A county, which is to say low average level of physical quality, lack of physical training; less improvement of phycology quality, weakness of cohesion; imparity of professional quality level, lack of professional exercise and creation,there are 3 important reasons,including 2 aspects,the shortage of government attention, regional transportation inconvenience, reasons of agricultural technology extension workers and farmers; subjective aspects included agricultural technology extension workers' psychological gratification degree, farmers' need.Then, in this thesis,there are also several recommends,including the newcomer employment, physical quality improvement, psychological quality enlightenment, role rotation learning method, information and sophisticate, Pay attention to the developers' innovation ability, communication capacity improvement, increasing training opportunities, “everything with cooperation” system establishment, employee's team-work awareness enhancement, salary improvement, employee's cohesion cultivation, enhance quality level.
