With the high-speed development of the socialist market economy and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the high quality human resources have became the important strategic resources for the nation and enterprises to seek new development approach, human resource management in modern enterprise management plays a more and more important role. For companies pay is connected to the employees and the enterprise bond, compensation for employees is the original force of the career, the economic foundation of the survival and development, is the main way to realize self-worth, reasonable and effective compensation incentive system is the enterprise and the common progress of the staff of the catalyst, and effective tool for the enterprises to attract, motivate and retain talent. But due to the salary incentive factors is strongly influenced by internal and external environment of enterprises, management for the establishment of the enterprise salary incentive mechanism has strong autonomy, thus to establish the incentive mechanism of compensation for a company to give full consideration to their own circumstances.First studied the compensation related theory, mainly introduces the compensation that the source of the concept, classification, composition and the safeguard function, incentive function, configuration function and value of function as to provide theoretical basis for later introduce salary incentive. Second analysis of salary incentive related theory, mainly from the content type theory, process theory and economics theory three parts, each part representing characters were analyzed, and the main point of the comprehensive understanding of the theory of salary incentive system, for later analysis DS futures companies provide theoretical basis for the compensation incentive system set up.The last two parts from internal factors and external factors briefly analyzes the main factors affecting salary incentive, DS futures companies for later analysis provides the basis for the problems existing in the compensation incentive system.Finally solve the problem of DS futures company's salary system is not reasonable, guide the scientific and reasonable compensation mechanism of the DS futures companies operate, attract talent retain core competitiveness, can provide reference for peers of other company.
